The 5 Fundamentals of toboggan handling are as follows:
Skill #1 - Balance: Control the relationship of the center of mass to the base of support to direct pressure along the length of the skis
Skill #2 - Pressure type 1: Control the pressure from Ski to Ski and direct pressure toward the ski
Skill #3 - Edging: Control edge angles through a combination of inclination and angulation
Skill #4 - Rotation: Control the ski's rotation (turning, pivoting, steering) with leg rotation, separate from the upper body
Skill #5 - Pressure Type 2: Regulate the Magnitude of the pressure created through the ski/snow interaction
The videos embedded below demonstrate various toboggan handling techniques: Falling Leaf, Tail Rope, Side Slip, Hockey Stop, and Snow Plow. The DSP toboggan training video combines multiple skills. And at the end we have a brief overview of the five fundamentals of skiing.
